10oz Rib Eye Steak served with an onion stuffed field mushroom and roasted cherry tomatoes

10oz Gammon Steak served with an egg, freshly cut pineapple and a salad

 

10oz Rump Steak served with an onion stuffed field mushroom and roasted cherry tomatoes

Sauces: Choose from Pink Peppercorn, Dianne, Red Wine Jus, Black Pepper or Port & Cote Hill Blue sauces

(All come with the choice of either chips or potatoes of the day.)

Lamb Shank slow roasted & served with rosemary mash with vegetables and a redcurrant & mint gravy


Homemade Beef & Root Vegetable Stew with a large thyme suet dumpling



Confit of Belly Pork on black pudding mash with an apple, honey & calvados sauce. Served with vegetables

Lincolnshire Sausages served with a choice of either black pudding, rosemary or butter mashed potato & vegetables

 

Red Lion Burger a half pound fillet & rib eye steak burger stacked with the trimmings, served with chunky coleslaw & home cut chips

Half a Roast Guinea Fowl on braised celery & leeks topped with crispy bacon lardons. Served with a choice of chips or potatoes of the day

Chicken Breast stuffed with spinach & mushroom served with braised root vegetable broth & your choice of potatoes
